The only judgment found in ‍‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‍this record is an order of the court sustaining defendant’s demurrer to ‍‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‍plaintiff’s complaint, and adjudging the costs of the motion against plaintiff. ‍‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‍This is not a judgment disposing of the cause.
