Plaintiff filed this product liability action in the Trumbull County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, seeking compensation for payments made to Plaintiff‘s insureds for damages sustained to the insureds’ real and personal property.

II. Legal Standard
Pursuant to
The removing party bears the burden of showing that diversity jurisdiction exists. Rogers v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 230 F.3d 868, 871 (6th Cir. 2000) (citing Wilson v. Republic Iron & Steel Co., 257 U.S. 92, 97 (1921)). In a removal case, if, at any time prior to final judgment, it appears that the court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction, the case must be remanded.
III. Analysis
A. Plaintiff‘s Citizenship

Accordingly, the Court finds that: (1) as a reciprocal insurance exchange and unincorporated association, Plaintiff is considered to have the citizenship of its subscribers and policyholders; (2) Plaintiff has subscribers who are citizens of Delaware and California; (3)
