DECISION & ORDER
In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal, and the plaintiff cross-appeals, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Richard Velasquez, J.), dated October 2, 2019. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted that branch of the plaintiff‘s motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability on so much of the cause of action alleging a violation of
ORDERED that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from; and it is further,
