All that need be said on the questions, whether the legacy was vested or contingent, and whether the legatee was entitled to interest from the death of the life tenant, etc., will be found in the clear and concise opinion of the learned judge of the court below, and on it the decree is affirmed and appeal dismissed with costs to be paid by appellant.
