FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the district court’s orders filed September 16, 2014, and December 3, 2014, be affirmed. Appellant has not shown that the district court erred in concluding that his claims are barred by the Anti-Injunction Act, the purpose of which is to allow the government to assess and collect taxes without judicial interference. See
