IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs take nothing in their claims against UTCFSA, that the claims against UTCFSA be dismissed on the merits with prejudice, and that Plaintiffs and UTCFSA, by agreement, bear their own fees and costs.
