Appellant seeks review of orders dismissing his petition requesting a writ of habeas corpus and denying his motion requesting a belated appeal pursuant to
Appellant‘s sworn motion seeking a belated appeal states that appellant received ineffective assistance from trial counsel because counsel failed to honor his timely request to file a notice of appeal. The trial court denied the motion on the ground that appellant had forfeited his right to appeal by entering no contest pleas without reserving any issue. We treated the motion as a petition seeking a belated appeal pursuant to
AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; and REMANDED, with directions.
