PER CURIAM:

Dora L. Adkins appeals the district court‘s order denying her motions for leave to file a proposed emergency complaint and to expedite, denying as moot her motion for a preliminary injunction, and cancelling a noticed hearing.1 We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court‘s order. Adkins v. Whole Foods Mkt. Grp., Inc., No. 1:26-cv-00571-RDA-WBP (E.D. Va. Feb. 27, 2026). Additionally, after reviewing the instant meritless appeal and the numerous meritless appeals Adkins has pursued in this court, we warn her that filing further meritless or frivolous appeals could result in an order directing her to show cause why this court should not impose monetary sanctions against her.2

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

We previously ordered Adkins to show cause why this court should not impose a prefiling injunction or other sanctions against her. Adkins v. Rosslyn Syndicate, LC, No. 25-2451, 2026 WL 867921, at *1 (4th Cir. Mar. 30, 2026), petition for cert. docketed, No. 26-152 (U.S. Aug. 3, 2026). Adkins responded to this opinion, and we later enjoined her from filing “any civil appeal in this court unless a district court judge has certified that the appeal is not frivolous” and “any original action, petition, or motion” in “any civil matter” in this court “unless this court has certified that the filing is not frivolous.” Adkins v. Rosslyn Syndicate, LC, No. 25-2451 (4th Cir. Aug. 4, 2026) (unpublished order). The instant appeal was filed before the issuance of the August 4 prefiling injunction order.
