Petition of Weldon H. Donovan for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals to ‍​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‍review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Donovan v. State, 47 Ala.App. 18, 249 So.2d 635.

Writ denied.
