Requesting Suspension of Number of Copies for Petition for Diserdionary Review Recruent to Tex. R. App. Trochule 2
To The Honorable Subjys of The Court of Criminal Appents: Comes now, Daniel Vasquez Dominguez, Petitioner, as an indegent, prove Htligynt, and Elles this Motion Requesting the Court to suspend the number of copies for his rebrown Petition for Diserdionary Review. In support of this motion appeltant shows the Court the following:
I.
The Petitioner's case involves a wrongful conviction in the 104" District Court of Taylor County Texus for the oflense of aupprated sexual assault of Child in Curs
*2 No. 13614-2, styled State of Texas in Daniel Domingues. The Politioner has filled a Pholiose seeking forensic and bith testing from the victim that was pregnant at the time of pablitions's trial, under Tex. Code Crim. 8000, art. 41.21. The Politioner appested the trial court order, and the Eleventh Court of Appeals affirmed its decision on February 27, 2015. II.
Pobitioner does not have the sources of the funds to provide this Court with the amount of coples required by rule 43, Tex. 8, App. 800; Politioner makes his request in the interest of justice and to be able to present his care to this Court.
III.
The Next Unit, Politioner's place of confinement does not provide grisoner's coples of any legal documents, for the Courts, and Politioner is limited to inbeught supplies each month.
IV.
Pobitioner informed this Court in previous filing that were stricken from the Court. That in the attempt to provide the required contents for his PDR of an aggently of the Court of Appeals Diplnism, some pages were missing in their return back. Politioner has been making arrangements to provide another copy of the Court of appeals opinion. Politioner does not have access to a computer for electronic filling of it copies, Politioner has included this mention which his PDR. for the Courts consideration, on the 5 us gension of the number of copies, pursuant to TRM2, rule 2).

Wherefore, Paltioner prays this Court grant this motion for the suspension of rule 4.5 and allow his petition for discretionary review before this Court.
