Tbe testimony of tbe witness Willis Bean was vital, and tbe refusal tó continue on ‍‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‍account of bis absence, under tbe showing made in this record, was fatal error.

Reversed and remanded.
