Petition of Cleven Dixon for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals ‍‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‍to review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Dixon v. State, 57 Ala.App. 30, 325 So.2d 546.
