{¶ 17} It is further ordered that until such time as respondent fully complies with this order, respondent shall keep the clerk, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and disciplinary counsel advised of any change of address where respondent may receive communications.
{¶ 18} It is further ordered, sua sponte, that service shall be deemed made on respondent by sending this order, and all other orders in this case, to respondent‘s last known address.
{¶ 19} It is further ordered that the clerk of this court issue certified copies of this order as provided for in

{¶ 1} This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by respondent, Rebecca Susan Blair, Attorney Registration No. 0037270, last known business address in Cleveland, Ohio.
{¶ 2} The court coming now to consider its order of February 24, 2011, in which the court, pursuant to
{¶ 3} The court finds that respondent has substantially complied with that order and with the provisions of
{¶ 4} Therefore, it is ordered that the final 18 months of respondent‘s suspension is stayed. Respondent is reinstated to the practice of law in the state of Ohio and placed on probation for a period of 18 months in accordance with
