Adam Beasley sued out an attachment against W. D. Dale on the ground that he was about to remove without the limits of the county. Subsequently he amended his ground of attachment by alleging that at the time of suing out the attachment the defendant was absconding. The defendant traversed the grounds of the attachment, and the issue formed on the traverse was found against him. He made a motion for new trial, which was refused.
Judgment affirmed.
