Under the facts of the case as disclosed by the record, the overruling ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‍of the certiorari was not error for any reason assigned.

Judgment affirmed.
