(charging jury.) This suit is brought upon an alleged agreement by the defendant to pay a draft of §11,274, drawn July 13, 1886, by one George Farlow, payable to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs, at the time of the transaction in question, were bankers at Marshall, in the state of Missouri. The defendants were live-stock brokers at the stock-yards in the city of Chicago.
