It is ordered thаt the writ of rеviеw issue; thаt the Cоurt оf Appeal send up the record ‍‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‍in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.
