Appellant‘s аpplicatiоns to correсt omission from ‍‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍the record and to present oral argument are DENIED.
