Order affirmed. The ‍‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‍sentence of death is vacated and appellant ‍‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‍is sentenced to life imprisonment.

The former Mr. ‍‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‍Chief Justice Bell and the late Mr. ‍‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‍Justice Cohen took no part in the ‍‌​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​‍decision of this case.
