Whether 34 Pa.C.S. § 901(a)(2) is unсоnstitutionаl bесause Artiсlе I, Section 8 of the Pennsylvania Constitution provides ‍​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‍a landowner with a reasonable expectation of privacy in his posted property.
