OPINION

PER CURIAM:

The sentence imposed for ‍‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​​‍counts of burglary and theft being illegal, 18 Pa.C.S. § 3502(d), the ‍‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​​‍judgment of sentence is vacated and the case is ‍‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​​‍remanded for resentencing on the burglary count alone.
