1. The evidence was properly admitted, and was submitted ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‍to the jury under proper instructions.

2. The burden was on the defendant to prove ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‍that he was authorized to sell liquors. Commonwealth v. Dean, ante, 357.
