Did the Superior Court err in ruling that the search warrant obtained to search [Petitioner’s] cell phone was not unconstitutionally overbroad, under the Pennsylvania Constitution, by allowing an essentially unlimited search of the device for evidence of illegal narcotics and firearm possession?
