We adopt the opinion of the Superior Court, and, in addition to the authorities there mentioned, cite the opinion recently filed by Mr. Justice Brandéis of the Supreme Court of the United States in Douglas et al. v. Noble, 43 Sup. Ct. Rep. 303, which shows the points here raised to be state rather than national questions.
The judgment is affirmed.
