The testimony of ‍​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍the witness Farnham, identifying the defendant by his voice, ‍​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍was competent. The weight of it was for the ‍​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍jury, but it was properly submitted to them, ‍​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍to be considered in connection with the other evidence ‍​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‍of identity.
