[Commonwealth v. Muniz, 164 A.3d 1189 (Pa. 2017),] tо declare SVP heаrings and dеsignations ‍​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‍uncоnstitutional under 42 Pa.C.S. § 9799.24(e)(3).
