The complaint ‍‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‍and warrant were in due form, and ‍‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‍the misreeital of the latter in the record ‍‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‍of the District Court was an irregularity ‍‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‍which was rendered immaterial by the appeal.
