The offence charged was local in its nature, and the proof of the city or town in which ‍​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍it was committed must correspond with the allegation in the complaint or indictment.
