IT ‍​​​​​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍IS ORDERED that this cause shall be reheard by the court en banc with ‍​​​​​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‍oral argument on a date hereafter to be fixed.
