In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Connell, J.), dated July 13, 1995, which, upon a jury verdict, is in favor of the defendant dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
Contrary to the plaintiff’s contention, we find that the trial court properly instructed the jury on the emergency doctrine (see, Kuci v Manhattan & Bronx Surface Tr. Operating Auth.,
The plaintiff’s remaining contentions are either unpreserved for appellate review or without merit. Miller, J. P., Santucci, Joy and Krausman, JJ., concur.
