PER CURIAM:

After oral argument and consideration of the parties’ briefs, we find no merit- in the argument ‍‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​‍that the district court erred in granting the appellees qualified immunity in this case.

AFFIRMED.
