On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
On the authority of Cobb v. State, 703 So. 2d 871" court="Ala." date_filed="1996-10-25" href="https://app.midpage.ai/document/ex-parte-cobb-1754617?utm_source=webapp" opinion_id="1754617">703 So.2d 871 (Ala. 1996), the judgment is affirmed in part and reversed in part, and the case is remanded to the circuit court with instructions to enter a judgment of conviction for assault in the second degree of Wanda Fassett and to sentence Donald Lee Cobb accordingly for that conviction.
AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
