Butterworth, 133 F.3d 783" court="11th Cir." date_filed="1997-12-15" href="https://app.midpage.ai/document/hill-v-butterworth-72490?utm_source=webapp" opinion_id="72490">133 F.3d 783 (11th Cir.1997), reverse the judgment of the district court, and remand the case with instructions to dissolve the injunction and dismiss the complaint for want of a justiciable case or controversy.
