Claim of Pias v. Garrison
227 A.D. 677 | N.Y. App. Div. | 1929
The award is reversed, without objection on the part of the Attorney-General, and the claim dismissed, with costs against the State Industrial Board, on the ground that no causal connection is shown between the accident in 1921 and the death from pneumonia occurring in 1927. Van Kirk, P. J., Davis, Whitmyer, Hill and Hasbrouck, JJ., concur.
