Appeal from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed March 26, 1975, which disallowed the claim for compensation benefits on the ground that the accident in which claimant was injured did not arise out of and in the course of his employment. On August 3, 1973, claimant was injured in an automobile accident as he was returning to his home in Camillus, New York, from the State University at Oswego where he was taking a course to meet the requirements imposed by the State Education Department for permanent certification of school teachers.
