The judgment of the court of appeals ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‍is reversed on authority of Sawicki v. Ottawa Hills (1988), 37 Ohio St. 3d 222, 525 N.E. 2d 468.
