We affirm the appellant’s ‍​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‍judgment and sentence on the basis of Williams v. State, 559 So.2d ‍​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‍680 (Fla. 2d DCA 1990) (en banc), and certify to ‍​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‍the Florida Supreme Court the same question that we ‍​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‍certified in Williams as being one of great public importance.
