App.1967Check TreatmentThis appeal is from a decree dismissing a complaint which sought to enjoin a special election called to determine whether the Dade County Home Rule Charter should be amended. The election has been held and inasmuch as no other relief than the injunction was sought, the matter is now moot and the appeal is dismissed. Cf. Tyler v. Peacock, 98 Fla. 981, 124 So. 463 (1929); Gill v. City of North Miami Beach, Fla.App.1963, 156 So.2d 182.
Affirmed.
