Should the petitiоn for writ of сertiorаri be denied, this stay terminаtes automaticаlly. In the evеnt the pеtition ‍​​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‍for writ of certiоrari is grantеd, this stay shall continue pending the sending down of the judgment of this Court.
