Petition of Cleve G. Cazalas for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​​‌‍and revise the judgment and decision in Cazalas v. State, Ala.App., 178 So.2d 562 (1 Div. 983).
