Per Curiam.

The motion for leave ‍​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‍to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for a writ ‍​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‍of certiorari are granted. The Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Harlan, Mr. Justice ‍​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‍Stewart, and Mr. Justice White are of the opinion ‍​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌​​‍that certiorari should be denied.
