a layman of law, comfised at Ryle Chut, Texas, being this petition for discactiomary review and states:
Petitioner Accied and was 7-6-15 from this Court of Criminal Appeals, stating by application for writ of babras is dismissed as most and matien to reply to state's answer and for court's finding is dismissed.
Petitioner's disceationary review seeks classification:
1) By law and for constitution is the Board of Eakals bound by the authority of and for restrictions of

Gout Code 588.282 deadlives? 2) By law andlax constitution (state andlax federal), is the state bound by the laws to which it legislate as code of law (508.282 deadlives)? 3) By law andlax constitution (state andlax federal), gradually andlax legally, do my incarceration, pursuct to violation of To. Gout Code 508.282, statute of limitation, constitute illegal incarceration.
Petitiorize being to the attention of this Haxomastle Court, it has consistly warned the Parole Board of its illegal practice, regarding To. Gout. Code 508.282, but has yet to hold the Parole Board Board accountable for their illegal practices not to follow said laws.
It is time for this Haxomastle Court to rextive this issue once and for all in the interest of justice.
