Byrd et al., ante, 47. Upon the authority of that case and the authorities ‍​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌‍cited therein this appeal is dismissed.
