2. The gеneral grounds оf the motion for a new trial, not having been argued ‍‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‍in the belief of counsel for plaintiff in error, are treated as abandoned.

Judgment affirmed.
