There is a lucid charge ‍‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‍in this cause from the court below, to the jury, covering all ‍‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‍the questions of law discussed here; and, as the reasons therein ‍‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‍set forth are in accordance with the views which this court ‍‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‍entertain on the subjects discussed, the judgment is affirmed, for the reasons ‍‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‍stated by the learned judge.

Judgment affirmed.
