Mr. Justice Clark did not participate. Mr. Chief Justice Jackson, Mr. Justice Alter and Mr. Justice Moore are in favor of affirmance; whereas Mr. Justice Stone, Mr. Justice Holland and Mr. Justice Hilliard are in favor of reversal.
