State, 56 Ala.App. 505, 323 ‍​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‍So.2d 390.
