Petition of Louise Bynum for Certiorari to the Court of Civil Appeals to review ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Bynum v. Bynum, 52 Ala.App. 633, 296 So.2d 722.
