This is a motion to continue during the j pendency of this action a preliminary injunction granted in S the order to show cause upon which this motion is made. The complaint alleges a conspiracy on the part of the defendant labor unions and individuals to injure the plaintiff’s business by causing a strike among its employees, by,picketing its places of business and boycotting its customers, by distributing libelous circulars, letters and posters regarding the plaintiff’s relations with its employees, and by carrying into execution all of said acts with threats, intimidation, force and fraud; in conclusion the complaint prays for a permanent injunction.
