The defendant’s ‍​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‍conviction was not authorized by the evidence, and ‍​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‍the court erred in overruling his motion ‍​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‍for a new trial.

Judgment reversed.
